Entry Level Customer Representative

We're hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to support customers and potential customers in-store , no cold calls, no call center, just real conversations helping people with their accounts, questions, and services.

What You'll Do as a Entry Level Customer Representative:

• Greet and assist customers and potential customers in-person with questions about their accounts, plans, and services
• Help customers understand their bill, resolve basic account issues, and explain available options
• Answer questions about new products, plans, and promotions
• Guide walk-in customers through account setup, upgrades, and service changes
• Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and account updates
• Work alongside your team to make sure every customer leaves with their questions answered

What You Need:

• No previous experience necessary — we'll train you from day one
• Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail environment
• High school diploma or GED

Pay: $950.00 - $1,500.00 per week
