Entry Level Customer Sales Associate

At Apeiron Acquisitions, Inc. , we're looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused environments who wants to build their communication and business development skills.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and connect them with solutions that fit their situation. You'll represent trusted service providers, including services within the pest control industry, while building valuable experience in customer relations, sales, and business development.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Sales Associate:

• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions.
• Educate customers on available services and answer questions throughout the process.
• Build positive relationships through professional and personable communication.
• Follow up with customers and provide a consistent customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established processes.
• Work alongside the team to support customer acquisition and overall business growth.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Sales Associate:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Full-time availability and a consistent schedule.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
