Entry Level Customer Sales Representative

We’re hiring a competitive Entry Level Customer Sales Representative to support our Verizon campaign. The Entry Level Customer Sales Representative will work directly with customers, represent Verizon products and services, and help drive customer acquisition through confident, solution-focused sales conversations.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys competition, responds well to coaching, and wants their effort to directly impact results. As an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative, you’ll build hands-on experience in customer communication, Verizon sales, account support, and performance-driven business development.

What an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative Will Do

• Represent Verizon professionally during direct customer interactions
• Lead customer sales conversations by asking questions, identifying needs, and recommending relevant Verizon solutions
• Explain Verizon products, services, promotions, and account options clearly
• Support customers with account questions, service options, and enrollment
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while tracking personal performance
• Build strong customer relationships through confidence, consistency, and follow-through
• Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve sales performance
• Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, services, and campaign updates
• Collaborate with teammates to strengthen overall sales performance and team results

Pay: $50,629.62 - $60,973.30 per year
