About the Role

This is a Part Time role 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 12noon to 4.00pm.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for processing and preparing customer consumable orders, keeping stock areas organised and providing backup support to our Service Coordinator when required.

You’ll be moving between different tasks throughout the afternoon, so this role will suit someone who enjoys staying busy and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

What you’ll do:

·         Creating and processing consumable orders.

·         Picking and packing the orders ready for dispatch.

·         Replenish and organise stock.

·         Emptying and managing returned toner bottles.

·         Provide backup support to Service Coordination.

·         Answer incoming customer calls when required.

·         Log service jobs and asset with basic service administration.

·         Help with other tasks around the office and warehouse as needed.
