Entry Level Customer Service Associate - AT&T

We’re hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Associate to support AT&T customers and help create a positive experience from the first interaction through ongoing service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with customers, learn AT&T products and services, and develop strong communication and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate:

• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Learn about customer needs and provide information on available AT&T products and services
• Answer questions and help customers understand their options
• Assist with account and service-related questions
• Maintain accurate customer information and complete required documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Communicate customer feedback and common questions to the team
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Work alongside experienced team members to learn daily operations and customer engagement best practices
