Entry Level Customer Service Associate

No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to provide information about client solutions and available services
• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional communication
• Assist customers by answering questions and identifying solutions that best fit their needs
• Support appointment coordination and follow-up with prospective clients
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Participate in daily training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
