Entry Level Customer Service Associate

We’re growing in the Pittsburg market, and we’re looking for a motivated Entry Level Customer Service Associatee to help connect customers with Verizon products and services. As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you’ll represent Verizon through in-person customer outreach. You’ll interact with customers, learn about their needs, explain available Verizon services, and help interested customers choose the right options. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys setting goals, building connections, and delivering a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers through in-person outreach and engagement.
• Present Verizon products, services, plans, pricing, and promotions in a clear and friendly way.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend relevant Verizon solutions.
• Guide interested customers through the enrollment process from initial conversation to completed sale.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of customer opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers and provide helpful service throughout the sales process.
• Represent Verizon professionally while contributing to individual and team sales goals.
