Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. (required)

• Entry level; No required years of experience but candidate must be very good in English.

• Strong and active listening skills.

• Computer literate and comfortable using different systems and applications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but qualified fresh graduates may also be considered.
