As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll begin your career with sales training that teaches you everything about Kinetic Fiber, from fast internet to whole‑home Wi‑Fi. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will also learn how to connect with customers in person, understand their needs, and provide clear, helpful information about available services.

• Meet our customers in person to introduce Kinetic Fiber as the simple, dependable answer to slow internet and spotty home Wi-Fi.
• Listen to each customer's actual struggles in person and show how Kinetic's ultrafast fiber solves those everyday frustrations.
• Generate in-person sales by presenting Kinetic Fiber's reliable connectivity in a way that feels personal, practical, and easy to say yes to.
• Walk customers through their options in plain, everyday language so choosing the right plan feels simple rather than stressful.
• Set up new accounts directly, handling activation and billing details so the customer's only job is to enjoy faster internet at home.
• Boost sales by recognizing when a customer’s current internet is holding them back and presenting Kinetic Fiber as the obvious, hassle-free upgrade.
