About the Role

TalentNova Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst – AML to support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities in Orlando, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level professionals interested in Data Analytics, Banking, Financial Services, AML, and Transaction Monitoring.

Full training on Transaction Monitoring will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate data across multiple systems.
• Support Transaction Monitoring and AML-related activities.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within defined timelines.
• Maintain required documentation, reports, and records.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a target-driven environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and other operational activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Training

Full training on Transaction Monitoring and AML-related processes will be provided.

Work Authorization

Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization under one of the following:

• F-1 CPT
• F-1 OPT
• F-1 STEM OPT
• H-1B

USC and GC are not eligible for this position.

Pay

$20–$24/hour

Pay: $34.96 - $40.06 per hour
