Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems using high-speed typing skills such as 10 key typing and word processing.
• Maintain and update customer records, order entries, and other critical information with precision and confidentiality.
• Organize and file digital and physical documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data security standards.
• Assist with data collection tasks by gathering information from various sources and verifying its accuracy through basic math and Excel data analysis techniques like pivot tables.
• Support administrative functions such as filing, transcription, and managing confidential information with integrity.
• Collaborate with team members on projects involving data entry in Excel, spreadsheet management, and productivity software to improve workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining database systems by performing routine updates, audits, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with office productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate database systems and ERP platforms confidently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations during data analysis tasks.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Good typing speed (preferably 10 key typing) combined with office experience such as filing or office administration tasks.
• Effective communication skills to support customer service functions when interacting with team members or clients.
