Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator

CB Indy Inc is hiring an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator in Indianapolis for our nonprofit team. This Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator role is designed for individuals who communicate confidently, enjoy meeting new people, and want to develop their professional skills through hands-on experience.

As an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll communicate directly with members of the community on behalf of nonprofit organizations. You'll explain their values, objectives, answer questions, listen to supporter interests, and help create clear and positive interactions. The Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator plays an important role in helping nonprofit organizations build awareness and connect with potential long-term supporters through direct conversations. Our team's approach centers on real conversations with the public and supporter relationships that can create lasting impact.

Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator Core Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations through professional, face-to-face communication with community members
• Introduce organizations missions, values, and initiatives while communicating key information in a clear and approachable way
• Engage members of the public, build rapport, and create positive first impressions
• Listen carefully to questions, understand individual interests, and provide accurate information about nonprofit initiatives
• Assist interested supporters with the appropriate enrollment process
• Maintain accurate information while following established communication, quality, and compliance procedures

Entry Level Donor Relations CoordinatorQualifications:

• Fast learner, and willingness to develop new skills

• Ability to learn and apply feedback.
• Previous experience in communications, entry level role, sales or a related field is a plus but not required.
• This is an entry-level position and is open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds.

Pay: $56,500.00 - $62,000.00 per year
