North Rising Star is an outreach firm based in Minneapolis that works with nonprofits to connect them with new supporters in the community. North Rising Star is hiring an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator to represent a national organization that works to protect endangered species and their habitats.

As an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll spend your day in real, in-person conversations with members across the Twin Cities to explain conservation work, answer questions, and invite interested residents to become monthly supporters.

Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with members of the public in outreach areas across the Twin Cities
• Explain the organization’s mission, programs, and conservation efforts clearly and accurately
• Answer questions and provide clear, factual information about conservation initiatives
• Help people learn about current programs and ways to get involved
• Record daily outreach activity and conversation results accurately
• Work toward individual and team daily goals
• Represent the organization professionally in every interaction

Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, outreach, sales, retail, or related roles
• Enjoy meeting new people and having conversations with the public
• Interested in learning about wildlife and conservation topics
• Can explain information clearly
• Enjoys working alongside a team

Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator Overview:

• This position is a full-time employment position located in Minneapolis, MN. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focused role with customers.
• Average Pay: $700-$1,000 weekly base plus performance
• Clients & Products: Humanitarian organizations to raise awareness, create conversation and engagement within the local communities, and generate support for causes that create meaningful change.
• Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay: $700.00 - $1,150.00 per week
