As an Entry Level Enrollment Agent, you'll represent Quantum Fiber: one of the fastest-growing names in fiber internet, by connecting with customers through in-person conversations about high-speed fiber internet that's built for modern living. The Entry Level Enrollment Agent also receives training that prepares them to educate and handle every conversation with confidence.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Agent

• Start in‑person enrollment conversations about online routines to show how Quantum Fiber improves everyday online experiences.
• Clearly explain benefits like faster downloads, stable connections, and less buffering, linking them directly to daily activities and outcomes.
• Offer in-person advice on remote work, entertainment, and staying connected, emphasizing how Quantum Fiber makes life easier.
• Build trust by highlighting the simplicity of upgrading, quick setup, and immediate improvements that drive confident enrollment decisions.
• Use relatable scenarios to illustrate how Quantum Fiber’s speed enhances favorite activities, supporting stronger enrollment conversations.
• Answer questions patiently and clearly, helping customers see the real value of switching and finalize their enrollment choice with confidence.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Enrollment Agent

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Passionate about telecommunications or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster long‑term customer relationships.
• Ability to translate customer questions into clear, helpful solutions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
