In this role, you’ll meet with customers in person, identify individuals who qualify for available programs, explain their wireless options, and guide qualified customers through the enrollment process for service benefits.

As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative, you’ll combine customer service, sales, and enrollment while developing valuable communication and professional skills. You’ll learn how to start conversations, understand customer needs, make sales, and confidently guide customers through the enrollment process. You’ll also work toward individual and team goals while building skills that can support long-term career growth.

Core Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Representative

• Connect with customers face-to-face and create a professional, welcoming experience.
• Start conversations and identify customers who may qualify for available programs.
• Explain program eligibility, wireless services, plans, and available benefits.
• Guide qualified customers through the enrollment process.
• Answer customer questions and assist with account information.
• Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information.
• Work toward individual and team sales and enrollment goals.
• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication and service.
• Develop sales, customer service, communication, and business skills through daily customer interactions.

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
