Position Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with the preparation and coordination of promotional events. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, energetic individual who enjoys working with people and wants to build practical event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparing promotional events
• Organize event materials, displays, supplies, and schedules
• Support event setup, activities, and breakdown
• Welcome attendees and provide information about featured products or services
• Help ensure event areas remain organized and professional
• Coordinate with team members during event activities
• Assist with attendee questions and customer engagement
• Collect feedback and observations following events
• Help address day-of event needs and adjustments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active environment
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus
