Entry Level Event Manager

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and organized Entry-Level Event Manager to support the coordination and execution of community events and nonprofit marketing campaigns. Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Event Manager, you will work alongside experienced team members to coordinate community events, represent nonprofit partners, engage with the public, and help ensure successful campaign execution. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing the skills needed to take on greater responsibility and advance into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing, setting up, and executing community events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Community Engagement: Interact with community members, share information about nonprofit missions, and encourage meaningful participation and support.
• Nonprofit Representation: Represent Synergize Inc. and its nonprofit partners professionally at community events, outreach locations, and public engagements.
• Marketing & Outreach: Help execute in-person marketing strategies that increase awareness, strengthen community relationships, and support campaign objectives.
• Event Logistics: Coordinate event materials, displays, promotional resources, and setup and breakdown activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and leadership to maintain organized, engaging, and effective events.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor event participation, gather community feedback, and communicate campaign results to leadership.
• Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, coaching, and leadership development opportunities to strengthen event management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior event management experience required; paid training and hands-on guidance are provided if offered under the applicable employment arrangement.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people in person.
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to achieve team and campaign goals.
• Interest in event marketing, community outreach, fundraising, or nonprofit work.
