Duties

• Represent our brand confidently at promotional events, festivals, and community gatherings
• Engage with event attendees through lively conversations, explaining product benefits and services
• Assist in setting up event displays and promotional materials to attract attention
• Collect customer information and feedback to support marketing campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly and enthusiastically
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and achieve sales targets
• Maintain a positive attitude and energetic presence throughout each event shift

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse audiences
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively engage with a broader range of customers
