Job Description:

We are is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Staff member to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations, customer service, and team coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, equipment, tables, displays, and materials.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events.
• Support event staff with registration, check-in, and general guest inquiries.
• Help maintain organized and clean event areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with distributing event materials, badges, programs, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with team members to help ensure event activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or operations experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
