Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support live events and promotional activities in the Miami area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Welcome and interact with customers at event locations
• Provide information regarding products and services
• Support team members with event operations and logistics
• Maintain organized and professional event spaces
• Help ensure positive customer experiences during events

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or event experience is a plus but not required
