SynapsIQ is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Entry-Level Field Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on telecommunications infrastructure projects, and develop your technical expertise. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support field engineering activities related to telecommunications infrastructure and network deployment.
• Assist with equipment installation, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site assessments and collect technical data.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
• Prepare field reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Follow quality standards, safety requirements, and project procedures.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them in practical situations.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a field-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
