Entry Level Field Marketer

Pristine Solar Solutions is expanding its Massachusetts sales team and is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Solar Appointment Setters / Field Marketers.

No previous solar experience is required. We provide hands-on training and teach you how to identify potential customers, start conversations with homeowners, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for our solar sales team.

This position is focused on generating qualified appointments — you are not responsible for closing the solar sale.

For individuals who perform well and want to advance, there will be opportunities to learn more of the sales process and grow within Pristine.

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners through door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Introduce homeowners to available no cost solar & roofing options \
• Identify interested and qualified homeowners
• Schedule appointments for our technicans
• Accurately collect basic homeowner and utility information
• Follow up with interested homeowners when necessary
• Work assigned and approved territories throughout Massachusetts & other states
• Represent Pristine professionally in the field

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and willing to work in the field

• Professional appearance and communication
• Door-to-door, canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a performance-based 1099 opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Field Marketers earn commission on the business they generate, with commissions paid upon successful installation of the solar project. The more qualified homeowners you help move through to installation, the greater your earning potential.

There is no cap on the number of homeowners you can help or the commissions you can earn.

Our average Entry Level Field Marketers earns approximately $9,000 per month based on production. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more.
