Entry Level Field Technician – Foreman in Training

$22.71/hr + 11% weekly bonus ($25.21/hr) | No experience required | Path to Foreman in 6–10 months

About the Role Looking for a job with a clear path into leadership? Service-Tech is hiring a Foreman-in-Training, and you don’t need any experience or certifications. You’ll start as a technician and learn on the job from experienced crews, cleaning air ducts, kitchen exhaust hoods, industrial ovens, building structures and machinery.

Your Path to Foreman If you meet expectations, you can be promoted to Foreman in 6–10 months, with a pay increase. As Foreman, you’ll:

• Lead and coordinate a technician crew on jobsites
• Meet with customers on site for walkthroughs and job sign-off
• Complete service reports, before/after photos and timesheets

• $22.71/hr starting base pay, paid weekly
• 11% weekly bonus that brings you to $25.21/hr. You earn it with good attendance, following safety and company policies, and taking care of tools and equipment.

What the Job Involves

• Working at heights on boom lifts, scissor lifts, ladders and rooftops
• Lifting equipment and tools from vehicles and carrying them around jobsites
• Crawling on hard surfaces and reaching overhead to clean elevated areas
• Wearing a respirator, working in confined spaces and handling cleaning chemicals
• Driving company vehicles
• Following all Service-Tech and customer safety policies

Schedule & Travel

• Report to our Bedford shop. Work is mainly 1st shift, with some 2nd shifts and weekends based on customer needs.
• Some out-of-town jobs require overnight stays, with lodging and per diem provided.
