Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Financial Services Associates. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in learning about financial services, building professional skills, and helping individuals and families work toward their financial goals.

No previous Financial-Services experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop knowledge of financial products and services.
• Educate clients on basic financial concepts and strategies.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate financial solutions.
• Participate in team training, meetings, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow company and industry guidelines.
• Develop communication, networking, and leadership skills.
• Work with experienced team members and leadership to grow your knowledge and career.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass applicable background requirements.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.
• No prior financial experience required.

Training & Development

We provide training designed to help you learn the fundamentals of the financial-services industry and develop the skills needed to succeed. Applicable licensing opportunities and sponsorship are available through the company, subject to requirements.
