$60,000 per plan commission

• Create personalized financial solutions using a broad, competitive product portfolio
• Grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Manage your schedule, business development activity, and long‑term practice growth
• Advance through your licensing pathway, including preparation for the Series 7 and 66

• An active Life & Health license at contracting, with the Series 7 and 66 expected within the first year
