What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Educate clients on personal finance concepts and how money works.
• Help clients understand financial strategies and available solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and outreach.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Maintain required documentation and follow industry compliance standards.
• Complete the licensing process required for your role.

Who We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to study for and pass required state licensing exams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.
• Comfortable talking with and meeting new people.
• Interested in helping individuals and families improve their financial future.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet access.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, leadership, or financial services is helpful but not required.
