About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who are willing to learn, develop professional skills, and work with individuals and families on financial protection and long-term financial goals.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and needs
• Educate clients on financial concepts such as income protection, life insurance, saving, and retirement planning
• Help clients identify appropriate financial solutions based on their needs and available products
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Build and manage your own client base and business

Training & Licensing

No previous experience in financial services is required. Training and support are provided to help qualified individuals understand the industry and complete the licensing process.

Life insurance representatives must obtain the appropriate state license before conducting licensed insurance activities. Additional licenses and registrations are required before offering securities or certain investment products.

Compensation

This is an independent-contractor, commission-based opportunity, not a traditional hourly or salaried position. Compensation is based on business generated through products and services the representative is properly licensed and authorized to offer.
