Position Overview

Gold & Coin Exchange is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Front-End Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the precious metals and coin industry.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No previous industry experience is required. We provide training.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Support daily front-counter operations and customer transactions.
• Accurately enter customer information and transaction details into company systems.
• Assist with organizing, labeling, and documenting incoming merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-counter area.
• Help coordinate customer pickups and appointments.
• Follow company procedures for handling valuable merchandise and maintaining security.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required. Training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about coins, precious metals, and the buying and selling process.
