Entry Level Grinding Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Everwear, Inc. has an immediate opening to join our team as a grinding machine operator.

Experience on these machines is not required.

Mechanical and mathematical aptitude, and a motivated attitude, is required.

Employee will be required to:

• Operate two Okamoto hydraulic surface grinders.
• Grind multiple styles of precision parts maintaining high levels of quality.
• Use a variety of measuring devices to include but not limited to calipers, height gauges, and micrometers to hold tolerances as tight as +.0, -.0005" regularly.
• Be capable of lifting 50 pounds.

Training on Everwear products and specific procedures will be provided. Training will be conducted on day shift 6:30am-3:00pm. Once trained, the employee will move to the second shift time slot. Second shift hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm M-F.
