Location: Dallas, TX — near Love Field Airport
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM start; availability through approximately 6:00 PM

The ideal Entry Level Gutter Installer candidate will possess:

• Assist the installation crew with gutter installation and related work
• Desire to grow with the company
• Learn proper installation techniques and job-site procedures
• Work safely on ladders and at residential job sites
• Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and cleanup
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
• A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
• A great sense of humor
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

The minimum requirements are:

• Valid driver's license
• 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable working on ladders and at various job sites
• Reliable attendance

Pay and Growth Opportunity:

• Starting pay: $17.00/hour during training
• Opportunity for $0.50/hour raises through our Skills Ladder
• Raises are based on performance, knowledge, skill development, and ability to work independently
• Once required skills are demonstrated and a production position is available, apprentices may transition to production pay
• Production installers earn 7%–9% of production, uncapped
• Eligible for our 4 Corners Bonus Program
