Position Overview: As an Assistant Gutter Installer, you will play a key role in helping install and maintain high-quality gutters for our clients. We are willing to train the right person, so no experience is necessary! This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of gutters and downspouts, gutter guards, gutter cleaning, and fascia and soffit replacements at residential and commercial properties.
• Follow safety procedures while working on ladders (up to 36 feet) and on roofs.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring installations are completed on time and with high quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all materials and tools are accounted for and ready for the day’s work (all materials provided).
• Ability to drive a box truck or pickup truck to and from job sites (valid license required).
• Work with a team to complete installations efficiently and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• No experience necessary; we will train you on the job!
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 36 feet) and on roofs.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions as needed (except rain of course).
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
