Entry level hardware Technician

Shifts:

• 2nd: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:45 PM
• 3rd: Sun–Fri, 11:00 PM–7:45 AM
• Weekend: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Role

Support system testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and hardware repair in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test computer/server systems.
• Execute test scripts and verify system updates.
• Troubleshoot system errors and identify error codes.
• Perform hardware repairs and failure analysis.
• Document and escalate issues to Leads/Supervisors.
• Support production teams and 5S/process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree/technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Basic PC/server hardware and networking knowledge.
• Experience with Windows and basic Linux.
• 1+ year of hardware or networking experience preferred.
• CompTIA A+/Network+ is a plus.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
