Pay: $20-$27 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and system layouts to support safe, code-compliant installations
• Help complete installation projects accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
• Test newly installed equipment and assist with adjustments to ensure proper operation
• Coordinate with lead installers and other team members throughout each project
• Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Communicate professionally and help create a positive customer experience
• Properly maintain and organize company tools, equipment, and materials

What You Bring:

• At least one year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, system layouts, and blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to continue learning
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 100 pounds
