Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is looking for a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician who wants to learn the trade and build a career in the heating and cooling industry.

You don't need years of HVAC experience to get started. We'll provide hands-on, paid training in both HVAC installation and service, along with ongoing education to help you develop your technical skills and advance within the company.

Our technicians are known for professional service, quality workmanship, and taking care of customers. If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn, this is an opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow.

Pay: $20–$24/hr

• Additional spiffs, incentives, and twice-yearly bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Learn

As you develop in the role, you'll gain practical experience with:

• Residential HVAC installation
• HVAC service and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning the HVAC trade
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical job tasks
• Ability to measure, cut, drill, and use basic hand tools
• Ability to safely carry up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Willingness to purchase and maintain basic HVAC tools
• Commitment to developing strong customer service skills
• EPA certification required within 90 days of hire
