Job Summary We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Insulation Installer to join our crew. No prior insulation experience is required — we'll train the right person. This is a great opportunity to learn a trade, work outdoors and in the field, and grow into a long-term career with a growing local company. As a new business there will be significant opportunities for your career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader and team with installation of insulation materials in residential homes
• Set up and break down job sites, materials, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and other tight spaces
• Load/unload materials and equipment from work vehicles
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Learn insulation installation techniques and building science basics on the job

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary — willingness to learn is a must
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (heat, tight spaces, dust)
• Reliable transportation to job sites/shop
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team
• Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and physical labor

Physical requirements — Must be able to lift 35+ pounds, climb ladders, physically tolerate attic conditions, and perform other functions expected of this type of job role.
