Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Insulation Workers to join our team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and insulation installation, supporting our mission to improve energy efficiency and environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of insulation materials in residential
• Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and tape measures to complete tasks accurately
• Support the preparation of work sites, including measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation components
• Help with caulking to ensure finished surfaces are smooth and sealed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet safety standards

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction practices preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a team environment

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
