Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone and video calls to introduce AO Jackpot's insurance products and services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor insurance solutions.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and policy details through clear and persuasive language.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients, even in a virtual setting, by actively listening and demonstrating empathy.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring all follow-ups and administrative tasks are completed promptly.
• Navigate and utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage appointments, and forecast sales.
• Overcome objections and address client concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Finalize sales by securing signed agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with compensation structured around performance. Successful agents can expect to earn between $50,000 and $200,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales efforts and your income.
