[Entry Level] Interior Designer/ Design Consultant | Basic+ Uncapped Commission

We are looking for passionate Interior Designers / Design Consultants to join our boutique residential interior design studio, with training provided, attractive basic salary and uncapped commission. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided!

Summary

• Basic+ Uncapped Commission/ Full Commission
• Mon-Fri Office Hour/ Flexible Working Hour
• Location: Central East region
• 14 Days AL, Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Sales Lead to meet potential clients and understand their design needs and preferences.
• Assist in preparing design concepts, material selections, mood boards and quotations.
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts and space planning based on client requirements.
• Prepare sketches, drawings and design proposals using AutoCAD and relevant design tools.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in managing projects from design conceptualisation through to completion.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress where required.
• Ensure design proposals and project deliverables meet clients’ expectations and requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide professional support throughout the project.

Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience in interior design, renovation, architecture or related industries will be added advantage.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in sales, space planning, interior design, sketching or AutoCAD will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with design and space planning concepts.
