Job Description

We are seeking an entry level Jr. Software Programmer to perform programming, testing, debugging, and maintenance across various systems (SAP/OASIS, MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, etc.).

• Software & Systems Development: Develop, test, and document programs using ABAP (OASIS), web-development tools for MS Dynamics CRM, TIBCO Scribe, Python, and Excel Macros (Power Query).
• Dynamics CRM & SharePoint Administration: Handle CRM configuration, master data maintenance, SharePoint workflows, and eForm creation (InfoPath/Qdabra).
• Data & EDI Support: Manage POS data integration with ClicData, maintain commission data in OASIS, perform daily EDI checks, and handle vendor contract/certificate renewals.
• User Support & Documentation: Consult with users to gather requirements, provide training, and create detailed process documentation and technical specs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2+ years of programming experience, including hands-on experience with VB Script and SAP.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with required coding languages/tools (ABAP, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, Python, Excel Macros, InfoPath).
• Basic knowledge of SAP/OASIS, Windows OS, MS Office, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM.
• Understanding of database principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
