KL Group is accepting applications for our Financial Services Leadership Development Program, a structured pathway designed to identify and develop the next generation of agency leaders.

This program is ideal for entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and individuals or couples seeking a defined route to business ownership within financial services.

This is an entry-level opportunity — no prior industry experience required.

Participants begin as licensed agents and progress through a mentorship-driven curriculum focused on leadership readiness, professional development, and long-term career growth.

Candidates must be 18 or older. Compensation is commission-based, with uncapped earning potential tied directly to individual growth and production.

• No prior experience necessary — entry level
• Willingness to obtain required licensing
• Coachable, driven, and open to development
