Stay Finance is looking for motivated, detail-oriented graduates to join our team as an Entry-Level Lending Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with an Australian lender while receiving comprehensive training and mentoring.

This role is offered as an initial 3–6 month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance. No prior lending experience is required—we're looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Lending Officer, you'll receive training and gradually take ownership of the lending process by:

• Reviewing loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Assessing applications against internal lending guidelines.
• Communicating with customers via email and SMS throughout the application process.
• Requesting and verifying required documents.
• Updating customer records and application statuses.
• Working closely with senior team members to ensure applications progress efficiently.
• Providing outstanding customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Recent university graduate (within the last 2 years).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields are an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in the Philippines with a reliable work-from-home setup.
• Available to work Australian business hours.
