Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level Machine Operator for our night shift team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in manufacturing and machine operation within a dynamic environment. As a key contributor to our production process, you will support the setup, operation, and maintenance of various industrial equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to produce quality parts.
• Check finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Report machine problems or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No previous machine operating experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn new machines and processes.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work the night shift.

Experience in manufacturing or CNC machining is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 – 68.0 per week
