Job Summary

Performs preventive and predictive maintenance activities according to established schedules and SAP maintenance plans.

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans based on SAP information and work orders.
• Complete corrective maintenance activities during assigned shifts.
• Conduct routine equipment patrols and report any abnormal conditions or findings.
• Prepare maintenance activity reports and submit them to the supervisor after completing each task.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment-related issues.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with HES policies and procedures.
• Use, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and safety requirements at all times.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Equipment troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance work orders and schedules.
• Basic computer skills; experience using SAP is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma, technical/vocational training, or equivalent experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
• Willing to work night shift.
• Physically able to perform maintenance activities and routine equipment inspections.
• Must be able to follow HES and workplace safety requirements.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $ $19.17 to $27.17 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
