This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in leadership. As a Management Associate, you'll receive hands-on training in operations, team leadership, customer relations, and sales management while helping oversee the day-to-day success of our AT&T Fiber campaign. You'll work alongside leadership to support backend operations, coach a small sales team, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate

• Assist leadership with the daily management and organization of our AT&T Fiber campaign.
• Help coach, motivate, and support a small sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor sales performance, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain a positive, high-energy team environment.
• Ensure customer accounts, sales documentation, and order submissions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Lead by example by participating in customer interactions and demonstrating effective communication and sales techniques.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training designed to prepare you for future management opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, leadership, athletics, hospitality, or retail is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to lead and develop others.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
