Entry Level Management Associate

Our sales team is expanding, and we’re looking for an Entry Level Management Associate to join our team and build experience in sales, account management, and team leadership. In our Entry Level Management Associate role, you’ll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T wireless, and technology solutions.

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you’ll represent AT&T wireless services and help customers identify solutions that align with their needs. As an Entry Level Management Associate, you’ll be responsible for learning our products and services, understanding each customer’s priorities, presenting appropriate options, and guiding conversations through the sales process. Strong performance and experience in the role can lead to additional leadership and management responsibilities within the sales team.

Entry Level Management Associate Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their wireless, and technology needs
• Introduce AT&T products and services and provide clear information on available solutions
• Conduct sales, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process
• Build professional relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities and develop effective approaches for addressing customer needs
• Stay current on AT&T products, services, promotions, and available solutions
• Take on additional responsibilities as experience and performance increase
• Support team members with day-to-day sales processes and product knowledge
• Share effective sales practices and contribute to team performance discussions

Entry Level Management Associate Qualifications:

• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers and local business owners in a sales setting
• Able to learn AT&T products and services and confidently explain different options based on customer needs
• Able to keep accurate notes, follow up with prospects, and stay organized across multiple accounts
• Willing to receive direct feedback on sales performance and apply that feedback to future customer interactions
• Related roles such as in sales, customer service, management, account manager, team lead, coordinator, or related roles are a plus

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,650.00 per month
