Entry Level Management Associate

Apollo Consulting Group is expanding our Verizon campaign in Riverside, CA and nearby neighboring areas. We’re hiring an Entry Level Management Associate to work face-to-face with customers on an entry-level path to leadership.

No experience needed to become an Entry Level Management Associate. This entry-level role teaches you sales, customer engagement, and operations, with training and support from a team that values transparency and professionalism.

What an Entry Level Management Associate Does

• Lead: Guide small teams in daily sales activities and in-person customer outreach
• Present: Represent Verizon’s sales presence in retail and community settings, speaking directly with customers
• Demo: Give demos and ongoing support so customers feel confident
• Assist: Help households and businesses with account setup, billing, and troubleshooting
• Sell: Work toward and exceed sales goals while keeping customers satisfied
• Support: Provide after-installation support to keep connections running smoothly
• Grow: Build relationships that lead to repeat sales and referrals
