One Way Empire is hiring an Entry Level Management Trainee to join our growing team in Okemos, MI. What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training while learning the fundamentals of customer service, sales, retail operations, leadership, and team development.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Communicate with customers and assist with questions or concerns
• Learn company products, services, procedures, and customer service standards
• Support daily retail and sales operations
