What You’ll Do

• Participate in face-to-face sales and customer interactions
• Learn and apply basic sales and customer service techniques
• Assist customers by understanding their needs and explaining available products or services
• Support daily sales and business operations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Help train and support new team members as you gain experience
• Help identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as you progress

Training & Development

Our hands-on training program provides experience in sales, customer service, business operations, and leadership.

You will work alongside experienced team members and managers in a face-to-face environment, allowing you to develop practical skills through real-world experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
• Interest in sales, business, or management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales or management experience is not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
