Entry Level Management Trainee

In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized consumer brands such as AT&T Wireless and Energy inside high-traffic retail locations—connecting with customers and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.

This is a face-to-face, customer-focused position where you’ll build sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities through hands-on experience and paid training. If you’re looking for a fast-paced environment with team support and real growth opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in-store to identify needs and start sales conversations
• Educate customers on featured products and services from leading consumer brands
• Promote wireless services, water solutions, and in-demand retail offerings
• Guide customers through the sales and order process with confidence
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
• Stay up to date on current promotions and product offerings

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

• High school diploma or equivalent
