Whether you're coming from retail, food service, warehousing, construction, farming, seasonal work, or another hands-on environment, your experience may transfer well to manufacturing. We also welcome career starters and people looking for a career change.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $27.19/hour
• Shift differential for hours worked after 3:00 p.m.
• Time and a half after 8 hours Monday through Friday
• Time and a half on Saturdays

Schedule

This position follows a 4-days-on, 2-days-off rotating schedule, including weekends.

Shifts may include:

• Days
• Nights
• Overnights
• Rotating days off throughout the week
• Schedule adjustments based on production needs

What You'll Do

After training, you'll help support our specialty paper manufacturing operations by:

• Following H&V safety procedures
• Assisting with machine start-ups and shutdowns
• Preparing, staging, and loading materials
• Operating material-handling and production equipment
• Packaging and labeling finished products
• Supporting production as needed
• Performing housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
• Supporting sustainability efforts through proper material and waste sorting

What We're Looking For

• Are at least 18 years old
• Put safety first
• Are dependable and work well as part of a team
• Are willing to learn new equipment and processes
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand and walk for extended periods during their shift
• Can work the required rotating schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Have reliable transportation to the Greenwich facility
